It’s awful quiet in here….

Back in May I changed my eating habits with the goal to become healthier. Just like 86% of Americans I used to have a very bad diet. High in Starches, low in fiber, too many processed foods.

At 280 Pounds and in the worst shape of my life I was worried about all kinds of health problem. Diabetes, Heart Disease and Stroke are all prevalent in my family. I decided I did not want to die in just a few years from something I could prevent through proper nutrition.

Using proper nutrition you can have a healthy body.  Since May 1st I have lost 40 pounds and more importantly with good nutrition I feel better and am close to the best shape of my life.

Customer Service Failage

Hi all, today is just a little re-cap on my stolen iPhone.

I called AT&T to see if it would be possible to brick the phone remotely. I was informed that there is an app that removes personal information and if I had d/led the app I could do it myself.  Other than that there is no way for them to do anything.

This is bullshit! They should be able to totally brick the phone remotely for stolen phones. If all the stolen devices were bricked then the thieves would have no incentive to steal them.

I admit that I will never see my phone again, it just really pisses me off that someone else will be able to use it as not only an iPod Touch but also it can be jailbroken and used as a phone with any other carrier besides AT&T. Bullshit again!

Where are Penn and Teller?

This is the worst type of customer service ever. We have the technology to do it but we will not do it for you.  BULLSHIT!

Down with AT&T, Down with Apple for making me use AT&T. Down with both companies for promoting thievery.

The Great Marina Dunes Tsunami 2010

After the quake this morning there have been tsunami watches all through the Pacific ocean. Thankfully so far there have been no damages from the Tsunami waves anywhere.

I was there and caught it live.

The beach parking lot was closed…

The local residents were called at home and told to get to high ground..

Many walked out to the edge of the parking lot anyways…

I hooked up Mocah and turned on the Spycam to capture the leading waves of the tsunami as they hit ground. It was not exciting at all.

Something I have known for a long time but was never able to properly express was posted today. I am going to have to watch this guy…
